How do I book an appointment?
Choose a service in the booking section, pick a date and time, and confirm through WhatsApp. We'll reply to confirm your slot.
How long does a visit take?
A gel manicure usually takes about an hour. Full sets, extensions, and nail art packages take longer, so allow two to three hours.
Can I bring a design inspiration photo?
Yes. Send or bring photos of the style you like and your technician will recommend the closest match for your nail shape and length.
How often do I need a fill-in?
Acrylic nails are usually refilled every two to three weeks as your natural nails grow out.
Do you remove old gel or acrylics?
Yes. Acrylic Dissolving safely removes acrylics, and Gel Removal & Refresh removes old gel polish and conditions your nails. Please don't peel gel off at home, as it can damage the nail.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp as early as you can so we can offer your slot to another client and find you a new time.
